Job requirements

What we expect

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Representative working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks to strengthen our team:

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of software sales experience in the financial services industry

  • Strong network of contacts in banking and financial services across the UK, the Middle East and Europe

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with an existing team of developers and business owners

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with senior decision-makers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
