Job requirements

What we expect

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative background, with hands-on experience in model development or data-driven problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.

  • Experience with PySpark and big data frameworks (e.g., Databricks, Hadoop) is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as SAS or R is advantageous.

  • Experience in AI / Generative AI, credit risk modelling, and/or data science.

  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib).

  • Knowledge of credit risk concepts (e.g., PD/LGD modelling, stress testing, IFRS 9) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., BCBS 239, CRR/CRD, EBA Guidelines).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics); PhD preferred.

  • at least 2 years of relevant experience in AI, credit risk modelling, data science, or related analytical fields.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for client work is essential.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI, credit risk, and data science solutions for clients.

  • Build and validate traditional, machine learning and Generative AI models for use cases such as credit scoring, risk forecasting, and automation.

  • Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and pipeline development to ensure data quality and scalability.

  • Translate analytical results into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across data, risk, and technology disciplines.
