Job requirements

What we expect

We are always open for an entrepreneurial and dynamic individuals to strengthen our Johannesburg-based team. In particular, we expect:

  • Relevant quantitative degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD)

  • Quantitative background with strong analytical skills

  • Experience relating to the development and / or validation of credit risk models

  • Experience in a consulting environment

  • In-depth knowledge of current regulatory requirements

  • Proficiency in relevant applications and coding languages (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL) and knowledge of their uses in the work environment

  • Ability to understand, independently structure and derive innovative solutions for complex topics within short timeframes.

  • Fluent in English (incl. creating professional reports)

  • Openness to travel
