We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in professional services environments and a strong legal or compliance‑oriented background (e.g., Paralegal, Compliance Officer).

The role involves providing direct support to two Partners and serving as a central coordination point across multiple teams and jurisdictions. The position contributes to shaping and implementing key Legal, Risk & Compliance initiatives while ensuring smooth execution and transparency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinating and managing selected internal projects with a strong focus on Legal, Risk & Compliance.

• Working closely with internal stakeholders as well as external legal experts and institutions.

• Structuring topics, maintaining oversight, and ensuring clarity around priorities, timelines and deliverables.

• Analysing current processes, identifying gaps, and supporting the design and implementation of improvements.

• Preparing documentation, reports, templates and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Supporting data quality, data collection and data improvement initiatives across relevant systems.

• Tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions and helping drive projects to completion.

• Contributing to the development and documentation of policies, procedures and operating frameworks.

What we expect

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international professional services environment and who brings a structured, solution‑oriented mindset.

•  Experience in professional services and a background in Compliance or Legal (e.g., Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Compliance Analyst).

• Fluent German and excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.

• A clear understanding of legal language and concepts — without needing to be a jurisdictional legal expert.

• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset and the ability to work confidently with Partners and senior stakeholders.

• Initiative, ownership, and the ability to drive tasks forward independently.

• Experience in compliance monitoring, contract management, governance or risk frameworks.

• Familiarity with coordinating work across multiple countries or regulatory environments.
